ALT vs Adam4Adam

Still the top pick for BDSM, fetish and kink dating, 7.6/10. It’s not pretty, and the FriendFinder breach legacy means discretion is on you, but no other site in the niche brings this many people who already know exactly what they’re into. Join free, work those fetish filters, and go Gold once you’ve found a local scene worth playing in.

Adam4Adam's real strength is its price. A genuinely free core with messaging included is rare, and for gay and bi men in the United States that zero-cost entry plus a long-established crowd is a legitimately good deal, which is why value lands high at 8.2. The trade-offs are just as honest: the interface shows its age, the free tier is heavy with ads, the crowd thins out sharply once you leave the US, and, like any big open platform, it carries fake profiles and spam. I can't independently verify its live member numbers, so the members score reflects a well-supported estimate of a real US crowd rather than a measured headcount. This listing isn't a paid placement, its position here is my own editorial read. Net: if you're a gay or bi man in the US who wants to test the waters without paying, Adam4Adam is worth a look for the free messaging alone. Just go in expecting a dated feel and an ad-heavy free tier, and lean on the usual scam hygiene.
